The Court of Honour of the Fallera Mayor of València 2027, Beatriz Blanco, now knows which silks will dress them throughout the year. On Tuesday, the Compañía Valenciana de la Seda unveiled the two official designs: a new pattern called San Patricio for the first gown and a brocatelle named Rosas for the second.

The 13 members of the Court will debut the fabrics on the last weekend of January, at the exaltacions in the Palau de la Música, and from then on the silks will be their second skin until mid-October 2027. The indumentaristas are already at work: Montaña Caballero will make the first gown and Serrano y Navalón the second, almost as the fabrics were being revealed.

The San Patricio design, created by the company for the occasion —the feast day falls during Fallas week— stands out for its ornamental richness: large rose bouquets of different sizes, small flowers, delicate bows and plant motifs that give the pattern movement. Gold metal thread enhances the set and contrasts elegantly with the background, according to Guillermo Catalá.

The second gown, a brocatelle named Rosas, plays with symmetrical centres of roses surrounded by stylised leaves and curved shapes, with a flowing border and, once again, gold metal thread as the common thread.

The unveiling comes almost to the day and hour of the Telefonada two weeks ago, when Beatriz Blanco and Julia Vizcayno learned of their appointment. The Court, chosen on 26 September at the Roig Arena gala, now enters the final stretch towards January, when the 2027 reign will be seen in full gala dress for the first time.
